It is safe to say quite a few trends stemmed from COVID-19 will stay. Remote working or working from home (WFH) is definitely one of them. This change in workforce creates a tremendous opportunity for that smaller bedroom in your house. Instead of putting in smaller furniture pieces and getting feedback from potential buyers "my furniture won't fit", why not make this room an office? • Make the room look well-organized. While in general a clutter-less home sells much better, it is more important to keep clutters out of sight in the office space.

• Home office doesn't have to look sterile. Put an area rug under the desk to add warmth and colors.

• If there's space in the room, put in a comfortable armchair and create a reading nook
